First	$500 to $1,000	6 months, 48 hrs. consecutive minimum mandatory or 6 months, suspended and probation with 100 hours of community service.	If driving commercial vehicle: One year if refusal or if BAC over .04 3 yrs. if transporting hazardous materials If driving personal/ private vehicle (non-commercial) One yr. if refusal or if BAC over .08	Not AEP eligible. Court may require ignition interlock device or immobilization device. Can apply for non-commercial special permit.
Second	$1,000 to $4,000	2 years, 120 days consecutive minimum mandatory and probation with 100 hours of community service.	If driving commercial vehicle OR personal/ private vehicle (non-commercial) Lifetime disqualification Possible reinstatement after 10yrs, if voluntarily and successfully completes a rehabilitation program.	Court may require ignition interlock device or immobilization device with reinstatement.
Third	$2,000 to $8,000	3 years, 1 year minimum mandatory and probation with 100 hours of community service.	If driving commercial vehicle OR personal/ private vehicle (non-commercial) Permanent Lifetime Disqualification, ineligible to apply for reduction.
