Commit the defendant and/or conditional or unconditional discharge and/or community service and/or sentence of imprisonment not greater than authorized by criminal statute: 6 months, 48 hrs. consecutive min. mandatory and/or impose and suspend sentence execution for a period set by the court for a period not to exceed 3 years (which may later be extended for good cause) and/or if judicial district has a criminal docket est. under 51-181b, court may transfer supervision. |

And/or order treatment for drug / alcohol dependency pursuant to 17a-699 and/or order participation in zero-tolerance drug supervision program est. pursuant to 53a-39d and/or if on probation, conditions may include school / class attendance on regular basis and compliance with school policies and/or If person is or has been an unlawful user of narcotic drugs and put on probation, probation will include drug tests. |
